Larry had worked hard all his life and then at age 54 his employer closed its doors. Finding a new job wasn’t easy. Finding healthcare coverage that he could afford was even harder.
Through a local community healthcare fair, Larry was able to receive a heart risk assessment and free cholesterol and diabetes screening. Learning that he was borderline diabetic was frightening. But the education provided by the foundation gave him the tools to make lifestyle changes to prevent himself from becoming diabetic. All he needed was a little help from a friend.

Memorials & Tributes- Fox Valley Heart Foundation offers memorial cards to remember those we've lost. Losing a loved one prematurely from heart disease is difficult to accept, but realizing that other lives may be saved through a memorial gift can help ease the pain. Corporate Contributions
Fox Valley Heart Foundation needs and appreciates the support of private industry in helping to further its goals. A variety of sponsorship levels are available. In addition, customized programs can be created to allow organizations to maximize their community outreach initiatives and contribution.
Life Membership
Life Membership is conferred on donors making gifts of $1000 or more, or five annual gifts of $200 to support community education and awareness. Life members will receive recognition in our Annual Report.
